Trinxat

If one dish defines our Cerdanya, it has to be trinxat. It seems odd that something as simple as mixing potatoes, cabbage and bacon can taste so good, right?
Well, this is the kind of cooking we like, what our grandmothers made us and what we continue to make so lovingly. We look for the very best home-grown vegetables and we add the bacon. Enjoy your meal, trinxat fans!.

Traditional trinxat from Cerdanya now in an organic version, prepared so you can enjoy good food and care for your health as never before.
It is recognised by the CCPAE, the supervisory authority for organic agri-food products in Catalonia, which has audited and certified our products in order to give them this recognition.

The vegan range excludes all products of animal origin, including eggs, dairy products and even honey. In the vegan trinxat we’ve replaced the traditional cooked bacon with caramelised onion.

Trinxat is the dish par excellence for eating vegetables in a different, tastier way, feeling the taste of the land on the palate.

As its name suggests, we make our patates emmascarades (potatoes fried with black sausage) with a high-quality variety of black potato from high mountainous areas. 

Ingredients: Potatos, blood sausage (pork meat, fat and blood, salt, pepper, glavouring, stabilisers (E-452, E-450 et E-451), glycerine, yeast extract, spices and dextrose), olive oil and bacon fat (pork belly, salt and sugar).
