

As its name suggests, we make our patates emmascarades (potatoes fried with black sausage) with a high-quality variety of black potato from high mountainous areas.
Ingredients: Potatos, blood sausage (pork meat, fat and blood, salt, pepper, glavouring, stabilisers (E-452, E-450 et E-451), glycerine, yeast extract, spices and dextrose), olive oil and bacon fat (pork belly, salt and sugar).
*Storage conditions for products: between 0 and 5ºC.
